If you are located outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us directly at shop@antartcic.com before placing an order to inquire about special delivery arrangements.
Delivery Schedule & Times
To ensure the quality of our ice, we schedule deliveries on specific days. Our current delivery schedule is:

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order, as the ice must be transferred to a freezer immediately upon arrival.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size of the order. The final shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
We also offer local pickup from our facility at [Your Pickup Address, if applicable]. You can select this option at checkout.
Order Processing
Standard orders are typically processed and prepared within 2-5 business days.
For custom orders, such as ice sculptures or large event quantities, please allow for a longer processing time. We will contact you to coordinate the details and confirm the delivery schedule.
Special Handling
All our ice products are transported in specialized, insulated packaging to maintain their temperature and integrity during transit. We handle every order with the utmost care to prevent cracking, clouding, or melting.
Damaged Items in Transport
If your order arrives damaged or in a substandard condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shop@antartcic.com. Include your order number and a photo of the product, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
